Exercise on Vacation

Aerobics 2This has happened to us all. You spend weeks at the gym working on your bikini bod, only to go on vacation and let it all slip away. I have found the key to not gaining the vacation pounds is to not leave the workout routine at home. Instead, change your routine to fit your vacation.

Instead of running on the treadmill for 30 minutes, take a jog along the beach. Ditch the free weights, in favor of resistance training in Water Aerobicsthe pool
during water aerobics. Replace the burn of spinning class with a mountain bike adventure tour.

Working out on vacation shouldn’t be a chore. Consider it as a chance
to experience something new, while burning the calories from last
night’s mango margarita!
