In March 2010, we plan to open two new resorts – Secrets St. James Montego Bay and Secrets Wild Orchid Montego Bay — all-suites resorts that will be situated side by side on one of the most ideal beachfront locations in Jamaica.
Guests of these two new Secrets Resorts & Spas will have the freedom to explore each property as they please, and enjoy eight gourmet á la carte dining options ranging from elegant to swim-up, seven chic bars and lounges, large free-form swimming pools and beachfront Jacuzzis, and world-class spas and Beach Club. A main plaza conveniently located between the two resorts also will present guests with a host of exciting activities and entertainment options including a game room, boutiques, cafes, movies and more.
Secrets St. James Montego Bay
Secrets St. James, set on one of the most pristine beach areas of the Bay, is located just 30-minutes from Montego Bay International Airport. Can’t wait for these resorts to open! We stayed at Secrets Maroma Beach right after it opened and have been dying for the ones in Jamaica to open. We were hoping to go this fall when the opening date was set for late 2009, but we’re worried we won’t be able to go now that the date is set for March 2010. We are hoping to bring a large group with us in late March early April. But since the resorts aren’t slated to open until March, we’re concerned that just like SMB, the opening for these resorts will keep getting pushed back and then we’ll get stuck at another resort. If they don’t open on time and we book them for late March, will Secrets be able to move us to Maroma Beach instead?
I am excited about the opening. I have seen a number of comments from other visitors to other Secrets locations and now that there will be two closer to me it will now be easier for me to take advantage of the offers that i have heard about! will let you know how it goes!!!
