Knees to Chest
Start by lying on your back. Bend your knees and pull your knees towards your chest with your arms. Hold the stretch for 10 seconds and repeat 3-5 times.
Shoulder Circles
Relax shoulders. In a slow, circular motion rotate shoulders. Raise shoulders toward ears and follow by lowering towards your back. Hold the stretch for 20 seconds and repeat 3-5 times.
Tricep Stretch
Put your right hand against the back of your head with your palm facing your head. Then with your left hand, grab your right elbow and pull downward until you feel the stretch. Hold the stretch for 20 seconds and repeat 3-5 times.
Groin Stretch
Sit on the ground with your back against the wall. Place the soles of your feet together. Allow your knees lower toward the floor. Hold for 20 seconds and repeat 3-5 times.
Hamstring Stretch
Start by sitting on the floor with one leg straight ahead of you and the other bent. Place your hands together in front of you and reach forward from your hips to the straightened leg. Hold for 20 seconds and repeat 3-5 times on each side.
