Before the hustle-and-bustle of the holidays I was lucky enough to visit Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana. It was my first time there and I was thrilled to explore the beauty of the resort and all its Unlimited-Luxury® privileges. And I was certainly not let down!

From the gorgeous white-sand beach to the comfortable guestrooms complete with vibrant, Caribbean-style décor, Secrets Royal Beach was perfectly set in lovely Playa Bavaro. Walking through the resort was a relaxing experience; tranquil, quiet and romantic. Couples were enjoying each others company poolside and friends were enjoying a round of drinks at the Frescho Pool Bar.

Unfortunately, it was an unusually cloudy day on the beach. But the warm waters of the pool continued to call my name! The free form pool was absolutely one of my favorite amenities. There was plenty of room to float around and it made for a great way to view the lush gardens.

The night’s entertainment was Michael Jackson-themed so of course I was there! It was a great mix of old tracks and new, flashy costumes and wonderful choreography.
