Master Chef Thierry Dufour recognized his passion for cuisine at the age of 16. Now, with more than 20 years’ experience in the culinary arts, Thierry shines as the Executive Chef at Secrets Marquis. Overseeing the resort’s five restaurants, Thierry’s favorite part of the job is seeing each guest enjoy every thoughtfully prepared meal. “I have always shared my achievements with all my staff,” said Thierry. “Because it is not only me, we are a great team and this is my pride.”
Secrets Marquis is proud to have Thierry as part of their team. He has received a number of awards and recognitions in the culinary community: a Michelin Star, member of Maîtres Cuisiniers de France, member of Vatel Club Mexico and more.
He must have been the chef who cooked out freshly caught Mahi Mahi! The taste was delectible and the presentation magnificent! All the food we ate at Secrets Marquis was supurb! We stayed Aug 4-10
