At Secrets Resorts & Spas, we love getting in to the holiday spirit and giving our guests a taste of Christmas at their home away from home! One of our favorite holiday traditions at Secrets St. James Montego Bay and Secrets Wild Orchid Montego Bay is our annual Christmas tree competition. Each resort location chooses their own theme and staff members work together to create a unique holiday display for all to enjoy. A few of this year’s themes include Secrets Wild Orchid Montego Bay’s “Irie Ras Mas,” celebrating Rastafarian culture, Blue Mountain Restaurant’s Jamaican-themed tree, decorated with national colors, lights, fruits, foods and popular icons, and Secrets St. James Montego Bay’s “Unda Dah Sea” tree, inspired by the Caribbean ocean and decorated with characters from Disney’s The Little Mermaid.

Each tree is judged on factors such as the creativity of its lights and decorations, originality of the theme and team spirit. With a top prizes the stakes are high! Prizes will be awarded at the Annual Staff Christmas Party on Dec. 14^th. Check out some of the contestants below and tell us your favorite!
