Congratulations to Secrets Marquis Los Cabos Head Chef Thierry Dufour, who was recently honored by Vatel Club Mexico with a special tribute dinner for his outstanding culinary achievements!

Chef Thierry Dufour grew up in France where he began his gastronomical training. He moved to Mexico at the age of 26 and continued his career under the guidance of chefs Jean Berthelot and Philippe Seguin. Throughout his career he has earned a number of recognitions and successes for his culinary excellence. For these reasons, and more, Vatel Club Mexico — a non-profit organization of culinary professionals — chose our very own Chef Thierry Dufour for this honor!
