“Well, it has been almost a week since I returned from your wonderful resort. First of all, I cannot thank you enough for allowing us to stay at your magnificent resort for four nights. Our experience was beyond expectations. Amy and I did not have an experience that wasn’t fantastic. Your staff was marvelous from beginning to end. Honestly, it didn’t matter what the interaction, what their position, time of day, your staff represents your company and this hotel remarkably.”
“Oliver was our beach server the majority of the time we were there. How he was able to remember our names after just a couple of hours the day before was remarkable. He was fun and was always upbeat and made the afternoons on the beach spectacular.”
“Upon our arrival, we were told we were receiving a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite. The room was spectacular! Absolutely beautiful in and of itself, the view was amazing and everything about the room was so relaxing. I think the balcony is almost as big as my front porch! Every restaurant was magnificent…truly. We did not have an experience where we didn’t think the food was amazing.”
