I miss this place so so much it’s been 3 weeks since i hsve been back and every i think about this place.
I would love to have a job here just so i could be there every day.

Secrets wild orchid montego bay is the best holiday ever never gonna go anywhere else in the world im gonna try my best to come here every year but so expensive to fly from London.

I am staying at secrets silversand now. The cocktails and food taste terrible
-employees are not friendly and helpful
-room are not tidy and clean. Blood stained towel, dirt and bird drop on the outside sitting.
-sink clogged, water running out from shower, tv not working, WiFi is very slow an not stable at all
-booked 2bd room, not available at check in. Offered one on the top level of building, facing nothing but the roof of other building.
-finally stayed at a swim-out room next to the hallway. Too much traffic and need to close the curtain all day long. Not enjoyable.
-concierge did call and try to help. Never call back.
-i go cancun for vacation 2-3 times a year. this hotel is the worst I ever had. Highly not recommended and never go back.
