This #FoodieFriday we’re excited to share photos and excerpts of a review from our food savvy guest Ambika Devi’s recent trip to Secrets The Vine Cancun Resort & Spa.

Dubbing her trip “a delicious respite from reality,” Ambika said that what truly surprised her about Secrets The Vine was “the joy and palpable love the staff here gives to the guests. Every request is met beyond expectations and the signature response is always ‘It’s a pleasure.'”

Her favorite part? The food! Ambika describes herself as a “fussy Vegan” with food allergies. Her favorite restaurant while visiting Secrets The Vine was Olio, which serves Mediterranean cuisine. Here’s what she had to say about dining at Secrets the Vine:

“I am amazed and pleased to share with you that Olio’s Chef Mary Jo and Manager Melissa are the ultimate winning combination for culinary bliss no matter what your taste. The fresh ingredients and spice wizardry are sure to please every palate,” said Ambika. “Each morning I enjoyed breakfast at the Market Café in buffet style. Yusef, my waiter knew exactly how I like my morning tea and I never had to order after the first day. Thereafter I simply said ‘buenas días,’ was greeted by name and instantly taken care of.”

What else did she enjoy? Ambika liked the spa so much, she went back for seconds!

“My face is still glowing. The entire spa staff is peaceful and loving. You must enjoy this beautiful oasis!” she said.

Anything else? Ambika was also a huge fan of the entertainment offered at Secrets The Vine.
