The staff at Secrets resorts is the reason we keep comping back; We were at Secrets PVR in December 2015-January 2016 and went back in March 2016 due to the fantastic service that we received.
The staff at Secrets Akumal are the reason this October will be my THIRD visit there. I was there in March 2016, June 2016 and will be there in Oct. 2016 and I upped my stay from 7 to 10 nights. All because of the wonderful staff (Saul Concierge bldg 6 and Alejandria Contresas/Social media) The best of the best.
