While chatting with some guests by the pool, the staff at Secrets Puerto Los Cabos asked a couple about a memorable experience in their life. The husband answered that it was when he met his wife, because it was love at first sight. That was the beginning of their love story and they have been married for 41 years. Touched by the couple’s story, the staff decided to surprise them by creating a memorable experience.

The housekeeping staff decorated the couple’s bed with the name of the song they danced to on their wedding day and set the TV screen to display a photo of them by the pool. When the couple entered their room, a concierge was waiting for them with champagne flutes and the song “always and forever” was playing. The two guests were so touched by the gesture, that they started dancing right on the spot as tears streamed down their cheeks. As a souvenir at checkout, the staff gifted the couple with coffee mugs printed with a photo of them dancing.
