The WOW Story of the Week comes from Secrets Capri Riviera Cancun!

At Secrets Capri, there are two familiar faces that visit numerous times, Mr. and Mrs. C. Mr. and Mrs. C have visited Secrets Capri over 23 times and although they love the resort, they always give us a score of “as expected” in the eSurvey’s “overall score” section. This caught the attention of our chief concierge, Rolando, so he asked the couple if there was anything the resort could do to improve their stay. The C’s said they had been so many times that they had come to “expect” the wonderful service and attention to detail.

The resort decided to make this stay extra special because of the fact that they choose to visit two to three times a year and it means a lot to the staff.

After a brainstorming session, the Secrets Capri staff decided to purchase some word search books since Mr. C’s favorite pastime is to spend the afternoon on his terrace solving them. Olga, the resort’s seamstress, embroidered bathrobes in their suite with the couple’s initials. The resort staff also put together an arrangement of snacks they knew the couple would enjoy and gifted Mrs. C a wine therapy massage since she loves the spa.

Upon check-in, the couple was very excited to be back home at Secrets Capri. They were assigned, as they are every year, their favorite room, but this time, they were surprised to find all of the extra special things the staff had prepared for them. They were very excited to see their initials on bathrobes and thrilled to see how important their loyalty is to Secrets Capri. The couple asked the staff if they could keep the bathrobes at the resort so they could have them for their next stay, which is already scheduled for later in the year.
