I will not return to Secrets unless you give us a free 5 night stay. We had problems with our room & spending that much money we shouldn’t have any problems at all.
What kind of problems?
I love this chain of hotels..here at Aura Cozumel now…not one of your stronger properties. I loved Huatulco and Silversands…this propert is not living up to your name. I even offered to pay for an upgrade both my friends and I… But they said they were sold out. I understand this as I work in the hotel industry..but after I watched many check out and noticed many empty rooms..not sure why they wouldn’t want my money to upgrade me and keep me happy..that’s ok I will keep my hard earned money and just enjoy the rest of my holiday.
I had a great time at Secrets Silversands, Riviera Maya in April 2016. We became Unlimited Vacation members. This year in August, we are excited to go to Secrets St. James in Jamaica!!! I’m sure we will get the same best treatment we received in Mexico!!! Cannot wait for August!!!
