I have never been treated so poorly by staff. I went to activate a spa coupon and the lady started drilling me about where we went and what we had been doing who told us to go to main land. She was so rude we avoided the front area the whole week. We were not greeted well when we arrived. No cold towel had to go get our own drinks. I loved the people cleaning and working the restaurants. We had some things planned and didn’t even go because we didn’t want to deal with the lady setting next to the desk you plan nativity. We travel a lot and will never come back to this hotel. We had to call everyday to get anything put in fridge. We had a swim up ocean view. We had one waitress that would come offer us drinks she clocked out at 6 and no one else took over. The rooms had rust and the hot tub was dirty inside the jets. I am sending this because it was your management staff that made us so upset and she was so unperfesional. We stayed the 6th-11th of May
