When I called about this promotion today 1/8/2019, the customer service rep said I had to book 6 rooms despite what I read under the terms and conditions with the 5th room free; and when I asked her to double check, she immediately replied something along the lines of “I book these all the time and I should know”. Then when I went to the group promo page to complete the form, it needed 6 rooms for me to submit.
