Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana recently featured Blue Hawaii as the drink of the day! Our guests really enjoyed this refreshing cocktail so we thought we’d share the recipe with you so you can re-create it at home. 

Each day we feature a different drink at our resort. During your next stay, you’ll get an opportunity to taste a variety of different cocktails that our bartenders mix up. Simply check our daily Sundial to see what drink is featured each day. In the meantime, we hope you enjoy this recipe for our Blue Hawaii!

Ingredients

• 4 cup(s) ice cubes
• 1 cup(s) pineapple juice
• 1/2 cup(s) blue curaçao (this adds the color)
• 1/2 cup(s) rum
• 1/2 cup(s) cream of coconut
• 2 oz. triple sec

Directions

Combine ice and all ingredients into a blender and blend until mixture is smooth. Pour into 4 glasses. Garnish with pineapple slices and enjoy! If you wish to make this drink on the rocks instead of blended then mix in large martini shaker and then serve over ice.
