This past Saturday, March 28, all of our resorts participated in ‘Earth Hour’ a worldwide event where participants turn off all power for one full hour from 8:30 to 9:30 p.m. We had a blast celebrating this important and meaningful holiday! In honor of #BeachThursday, we’re thrilled to share some of our favorite moments from the ‘no lights’ festivities!

The day begins with the telecast of the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. As the sun sets, guests will enjoy a phenomenal world-class Thanksgiving feast prepared by our talented chefs, plus all the trimmings including pumpkin pie and cranberries. And, of course, we’ll have all the football games broadcast throughout the day!

Oktoberfest is Back!
If you missed out on this October-long celebration last year – you need to make it to one of our resorts for this German food and entertainment festival! Enjoy authentic German dishes – such as brats, sausages, pretzels with beer cheese, pastries and more. An array of refreshing German beers will be waiting! This past week, Secrets Capri Riviera Cancun and Fetzer Crimson & Quartz celebrated the first annual Organic Fest at Secrets Capri. The week has been filled with celebrating sustainable living with sustainable California wine from Fetzer Crimson & Quartz, organic drinks and cocktails and delicious food to celebrate!

Since November, Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana, has pleased it’s guests with an exciting live performance – JEERK! This high-energy show is complete with a unique blend of tap dance, percussion and rock. The talented group of five young men use ordinary objects as musical instruments including hockey sticks, chairs and even portable toilets!
And now, as February comes to and end, now is the time to see JEERK. The Secrets Entertainment Team will host JEERK only until March 31, 2013 – yes, that’s only one month away!
